Parent Information
Parents are essential to our program’s success. Here you’ll find important details about practices, game schedules, expectations, and safety guidelines. Please review our parent waiver and code of conduct before each season begins.
Please complete the following parent waiver form. This is required for all participants.
Concussion Awareness
Player safety is our top priority. We encourage all parents and coaches to learn how to recognize and respond to possible concussions.
A concussion is a type of brain injury that can occur from a bump, blow, or jolt to the head. Symptoms may include headache, dizziness, confusion, or sensitivity to light.
If a player is suspected of having a concussion, they will be removed from play immediately and cannot return until cleared by a licensed healthcare provider.
